Come ride with Preacher Wakesurf at Jackfish Lake, AB! Our social sessions are a fun, laid-back way to get out on the water, meet new people, and enjoy wakesurfing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Booking and Payment

  • All social sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • All prices are quoted in CAD and include any applicable sales tax.

• Session Duration

  • Each social session is 2 hours long, unless otherwise noted.

  • Social sessions will have up to 6 participants. 

• Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If Preacher Wakesurf cancels the lesson due to unfavourable weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

• Safety and Waivers

  • All participants must sign a waiver prior to the commencement of any lesson.

  • Safety instructions provided by the instructors must be followed at all times.

  • Preacher Wakesurf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to safety guidelines.

• Intoxication

  • Preacher Wakesurf has a zero tolerance policy for intoxication from alcohol or any legal or illegal drug. Intoxicated participants will be refused service and will not receive a refund.

• Equipment

  • Life jackets and other necessary equipment will be provided.

  • All equipment provided by Preacher Wakesurf must be treated with care. Any damages or losses caused by the participant may result in additional charges.

• Weather Conditions

  • Lessons are subject to weather conditions. If unfavourable weather is predicted, Preacher Wakesurf may cancel the lesson and provide a full refund or rescheduling option.

• Liability

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of participants, wakesurfing carries inherent risks. Preacher Wakesurf and any employees, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that might occur during the lesson.

• Age Restrictions

  • Participants under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign the waiver and be present during the lesson.

• Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Preacher Wakesurf reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta.
