SURF SESSION TERMS
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") before participating in the Preacher Wakesurf Surf Session Campaign ("Campaign"). By submitting your email address and registering for the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: The Campaign is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Preacher Wakesurf ("Company") are not eligible to participate.
Campaign Period: The campaign period will be specified in the campaign description. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Entry Requirements: Participants must submit their email address via the designated form in response to the campaign advertisements to enter the campaign. Only one entry per individual is permitted.
Prize: Multiple participants will be selected at random to win a wakesurf session, subject to availability and weather conditions. Please note that the prize does not cover transportation, accommodation, or any other associated costs. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received during the Campaign period. Winners will be notified through the email address provided within a reasonable time after the end of the Campaign. If a winner does not respond within the specified time period, a replacement winner may be chosen.
Liability Waiver: By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks involved in wakesurfing. If chosen as a winner, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the wakesurf session and agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to the wakesurf session.
Publicity Release: Winners consent to the Company using their name, likeness, photograph, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, upon accepting the prize.
Privacy: Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for administering the Campaign and contacting the winners. Your participation signifies your consent to the Company collecting, using, and storing your personal information for these purposes.
Disqualification: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Modification or Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign for any reason beyond its control, without prior notice.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based, disregarding its conflict of law principles.
Email Marketing Consent: By participating in this Campaign, you consent to receive email communications from the Company regarding services, updates, promotions, and other relevant information. You understand that you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. The Company respects your privacy and will not share your email address or personal information with third parties without your consent.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed from these Terms, but the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participants and the Company regarding the Campaign, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
